I am quite nervous about posting this so please be kind! I need braces so I was put on a waiting list to get them and then I went to get my pictures and x-rays done. First, I had to get pictures done where I stood next to a wall and had to smile with my mouth open just to go on my profile. I then had these weird holder-things put in my mouth and more pictures taken. Then, I had this disgusting berry plastesine thing put in my mouth to form a mould which took a tug to get out which I was slightly scared about not going to lie. I also have the worst gag reflexes so I gagged a bit but nothing that major. Then I was put n a room by myself to get these x-rays done. I had one from the front then from the side. On the x-rays were these tiny dots in my gums which the orthodontist thought was extra teeth-type things so a letter was put through to the dentist.

At the dentist, I had extra x-rays done to find out more about these mysterious white spots. The results said that these were in fact extra teeth! A letter has been put through to the hospital in order for me to get an operation to remove these extra teeth so hopefully I will be finding out soon more about that! Here is a picture of my teeth just to show you why I need braces! The front lot stick out too much, the bottom ones point inwards and there is a massive gap!Ta-ta!xxx
